Veterans and the LGBTGEQIAP+ Community
It is my great pleasure to serve both of these communities. My goal in starting Spotlight Counseling LLC was to be a safe place for both the Veteran and the Queer community. Having tried to find therapy for myself over the years, I always felt like my unique perspective was not easily understood by my therapists. They didn't know what it was like in the Army, and they. didn't know what it was like to be queer. I served for 20 years in the Connecticut Army National Guard where I retired as a Staff Sergeant, and I have been out for 19 years. Here you are seen for your unique experiences and you are valued for your contributions to your communities.

Sometimes coming into the office is not as easy as we'd like, but I am available for online sessions via TherapyPortal. This website allows clients to complete forms, attend telehealth sessions, and pay your bill all in one convenient location.
